      Not great quality Was really excited to receive this dress but when it came I was very disappointed I found it to be not the usual standard I get from bebe, and am actually returning it as the clasp is really difficult to open and close and feels like it is going to break any minute.       Great fit but be careful w/buckle Fits very good to body - especially for small waist w/big hips. Only problem, dress was brand new when buckle fell apart. Bebe store would not take back even though the dress still had tag. June 1, 2013
