      Try it on before buying! I am neither love or hate this dress. My 2 biggest issues are the HORRIFIC shoulder pad/inserts and how the back of the dress does not lay flat ON ME. Other people may not find either one of these a real issue. However, I made this purchase online. THIS DRESS IS DEFINITELY A DRESS THAT NEEDS TO BE TRIED ON FIRST!! Just not sure if I like it or not.       Super cute I went to my local Bebe and tried this on and fell in love. It is very sexy yet classy, you feel covered up but the see through part down the middle adds the sexy factor. I would def recommend this. I am 5'4 120 the small fit perfect December 19, 2012
