All orders purchased online at bebe.com arrive ready to give in our gorgeous metallic logo presentation box with branded tissue paper and an embossed sticker. Shoes come gift-ready in a gold box.

We will happily enclose a FREE personalized gift message with any order. You can create a personal greeting to your recipient during checkout. This message arrives on the presentation box.

We want you to love your new purchase. However, if you don't, returns are accepted by mail or at any U.S. bebe store. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

If you have received a gift from bebe and are not satisfied for any reason, we recommend you return or exchange your item(s) in-store to receive merchandise credit or make an exchange.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Purchases made in one of our stores cannot be returned to bebe.com. Please return merchandise to any of our store locations. Locate your nearest store.
  • Purchases made online at bebe.com can be returned (via mail) within 21 days of the date received; or in store within 14 days of the date received.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization form that can be printed from the bebe online return center: www.bebe.com/onlinereturns.
  • If returning item(s) by mail, please note that the purchased gift amount will be credited to the original purchaser only.
  • When returning to a store or by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.*
  • All Canadian orders must be returned by mail and cannot be returned to a Canadian store.
  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If your order was purchased with a gift card, a credit will be issued to that gift card. If you no longer have the gift card, please contact Client Services at 1-877-bebe-777.
