      Vibrant and comfortable This top wears more like a sports bra, so note it is not dressy. It does look like it is in the pic but this is definitely a combo for shorts, casual wear. That said, the top is much more of a vibrant yellow than pictured. Bright, blinding comes to mind LOL. So make sure you are ready for that! I am well endowed and the medium fit me perfect. Looks like these are sold out in my size now! It does say NEON yellow and it is. Works perfect with the new splash of color flowered shorts for this season, and that is what I will wear it with.
