      Poor quality material I had my eye on this dress on line, and then went into my local Bebe store today and saw it there. I am so glad I didn't purchase it on line, because when I saw it I knew immediately there is no way I would ever have kept it. The material was really cheap cotton, and the stripes looked faded, almost like the dress had already been washed too many times. Can't believe they were originally asking $98 for this dress!
