bebe designs, develops and produces a distinctive line of contemporary women's apparel and accessories, which it markets under the bebe, BEBE SPORT, 2b bebe and bebe outlet brands. Current Chairman and Founder Manny Mashouf opened the first bebe boutique in 1976 in San Francisco. Over 35 years later, bebe has established itself as one of the top women's retailers having developed the contemporary market for the masses, before a true non-junior ever existed. bebe has forever changed the landscape of the women's retail fashion world.

Through an edgy, high-impact, visual advertising campaign using print, outdoor, in-store and direct mail communication, we attract customers who are intrigued by the playfully sensual and evocative imagery of the bebe lifestyle. We also offer a line of merchandise branded with the distinctive bebe logo to increase brand awareness.

Within our stores and through bebe.com, we seek to create an upscale, visually-stimulating boutique environment that further enhances the bebe
brand – building customer loyalty and the online shopping experience. Furthermore, we train our stylists to be responsive and knowledgeable, reflecting the bebe image in every interaction.

and our 21 international–licensee operated stores.

Currently, we operate 212 bebe stores in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and Japan.

Launched in 1998, bebe.com is a continuation of the bebe store experience and provides a complete assortment of bebe merchandise.

The first bebe outlet opened in May 1997. Since then, 2b bebe and bebe outlet stores have opened across the country. As sister brands to bebe,
2b bebe and bebe outlet strive to bring signature sexy fashion at great values.

There are currently 39 2b bebe and bebe outlet stores throughout the U.S. and Canada. 2b bebe is outlet shopping evolved and represents our
