Bebe! Finally you launching a 4.5 inches heel. I have been waiting for so long. I am 5'8", this is good height for women 5'7" and up cause when I wear my heel certainly I do not want to be way over 6 foot tall would be too intimidating for men, also want to be able to walk proudly even after a few drinks. This shoe is surely the bomb!
BEBE PLEASE MAKE THESE IN BLACK, I LOVE THE FACT THAT THE HEEL IS NOT TO HIGH, I WILL PURCHASES THIS COLOR, HOWEVER, PLEASE MAKE THEM IN BLACK!!! I NEED THAT COLOR BADLY LOL
I like this shoes, they are even more comfortable then Zahara's. But where is black color?! I tryed them in pink in the store, but there was not my size in black. Bebe can you please add 5 size in black online?
I just received these shoes in white today. I am in love with them.They fit the same as the zaharas. The white colour is amazing and the shoes although not shown in the picture are exactly the resemblance of the zaharas in height (the height is 5 something inches,there was a mistake in the description) comfortability, style and most important of all the white colour is stunning. Not to mention the price is great too. Whoever loves Zaharas should order these shoes!!!!! I reassure you they will be gone soon so hurry.....
This shoe does look alot like the Zaharas. It is hot. It is the same height as the Zaharas, I checked in the store. The Zaharas fit alittle loose at the back,but this shoe makes up for that. So if you have a problem with the fit of the Zaharas this shoe is for you! If you are at a 1/2 size I would size up not down with this shoe.
I used to work at bebe and own all the zahara's!!! My black ones broke recently...so i was so sad to see them go. That is the only bad thing about zahara's is that the heels break because they are not a stacked heel (stacked heels tend to last longer because the heel is stacked). Anyway when I worked at bebe all the other girls had the same heel problem. I replaced my black ones with the black maxwell and it's practically the same height and the size fits me better because the zahara's six are a little loose for me I should have gotten a sz 5. The six in this size fits perfectly. DO not get a smaller size!! or you will be doing some exchanging!! These are perfect. I think the heel is much more study in the maxwell but you can't beat out the zahara. So it really doesn't matter to me..you get what you pay for. iF you paid 119 for this and it's made in china then pay a little more for it to be made in brazil. That is all I have to say. Overall it's almost the same shoe.
UPDATE: I BOUGHT THESE TO WEAR THEM TO MY ONE- YEAR-OLD TWINS B-DAY PARTY AND WHEN I WAS GOING TO WEAR THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME TO GO TO THE PARTY, THEY BROKE!! THE BACK ELASTIC JUST RIPPED OFF AS I WAS PUTTING THEM ON! I WAS SO UPSET BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER GORGEOUS AND COMFY. I THINK I WILL TAKE THEM BACK TO THE STORE, SINCE I HAVEN'T EVEN WORN THEM ONCE AND THEY BROKE! BEBE, GREAT IDEA, BUT YOU NEED TO MAKE THEM WITH BETTER QUALITY, PLEASE.
I initially tried on the Zahara's and LOVED them, but the BEBE store I was in didn't have my size in Black. The lady who worked at BEBE suggested that I try on these in Black in my size and I absolutely fell in LOVE. They are super comfy and look sexy with skirts, pants, dresses, etc. Thinking about getting them in White the next time I go to BEBE.
a little over priced but a very comfortable and cute shoe. It didn't hurt my feet when i wore in the store..i will wear to work and that will be the test..love the shoe...
I just got these shoes in the mail today in the nude color. These shoes are just as beautiful and comfortable as I imagined they would be. I have been wanting a shoe this color for a while and these are perfect. They will look great with all my Bebe outfits. Get these before they sell out ladies.
I know can you believe a shoe with this height of heel is super COMFORTABLE! This shoe fits very true to size. I was able to dance, walk and stand in this shoes for 8+ hours without discomfort. And since I'm a foot shorter than my boyfriend it's nice to be TALL too. Love these shoes, I would recommend them to anyone who wants sex appeal and comfort in one.
I bought this in Nude back in April to go clubbing in NYC for the spring/summer. They are sooo comfy even after wearing them for 6 hours straight!! I loved these shoes so much, I ordered them in Black to match my other bebe dresses!!! and after many wild nights, they still look new due to the patent leather!!
The only complaint is that I hope BEBE makes them with better quality, instead of being made in China, I'd rather pay $200 or more for being made in Brazil/Italy!!!!

Own 3 pairs =) Ok, I got only 1 pr of the Zahara cuz the back was too big, but um... who was that woman braggin about her bags made in spain costin mmore than some lexus?? But you shoppin at Bebe, right? they can be made in my basement for all I care. i'm lookin good n that's all that counts.
These were given to me as a present and I love them. I don't have the Zaharas, but I'm growing out of the peep-toe trend, so I could care less where they are made. People should just enjoy and wear their products instead of complaining. If you don't like them, return them. It's that simple. I've returned many shoes to Bebe over the course of the past 10 years, and to be honest, I don't even read the labels inside my shoes. Maybe I should, if I have nothing better to do. I have shoes that I still don't know where they're made in. This is hilarious!
I bought these shoes in the blush color and they are amazing!! I've had a torn ligament in my ankle that has now healed and these shoes are soo comfy! especially for someone who hasn't worn heels before. I'm a size 5 and these fit true to size and the back does not slip down like the Zaharas. I only wish I had bought them in black too :(
I wore these (black ones) to my gf's party yesterday n my other gf tried them on cuz she n I have the same size. she luved them! but... the last time I checked, a few pairs of my Steve Maddens n BCBGs are made in Brazil, and they have MAN-MADE insoles, and I got them close to Bebe shoe prices. The qualities are all about the same, so if you're lookin 4 quality, shell out $800 like my gf who copped herself a pair of Laboutin. you won't go wrong that way.
This shoe was only available in a size 8 at the Bebe in Albuquerque and I normally wear a size 6.5 but it looked small so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did! They seem to run small so although the 8 was loose on me, I put an insert in the ball area and they now fit me perfectly. The heel is high, but not extreme and since the platform is substantial, they are very comfortable. I love the nude/blush color--it's perfect for summer!
These shoes are both sizzling hot and comfortable. My fiance couldn't take his eyes off me when I wore them. I've even danced in these shoes and my feet didn't hurt at all. However, they didn't feel comfortable until the second time I wore them. I guess they loosened up a little bit and they are perfect now. They are totally worth the price!!!
These are my "go to" black heels. I absolutely luv them. They are so comfortable and go with anything. I have them in black and also in cream. BEBE please make them in red!!!
OMG i totally love these shoes. I can walk and dance in them all night without my feet hurting. Plus they are easy to clean. Just bought another pair in "princess ice" i cant wait to wear these. Note i wear an 8 but have long toes so had to go with a 9... i didnt want to look like i had cliff hangers ...its alil big but non the less suuuper comfortbale.
These are the best shoes I have bought in a while from BeBe. They are extremely comfortable and look sexy with anything from jeans, dresses, or leggings. I bought them for my birthday as a present to myself and wore them all night long!
I just purchased this pair in black and must I say that they are beautiful, comfortable and sexy all in once! I'm typically a size 7.5, but in Bebe shoes an 8. I'm so happy to have found such comfortable shoes in a 4.5" heels. Ladies go snatch your pairs!!!!
In NY, my wife tried almost every pair of shoes in the Bebe shops and she really fell in love with those. She says they're so comfy, easy to walk, too, though they look stunning.

I am definitely sure this is as beautiful ,sleek and comfortable as zaharas . I have 7 0r 8 zaharas and would love to have this but i need more lift. I wish this shoes are atleast 5.5 inches along with the right platform.Oh well ,hopefully they will make some higher heels. I love sky high heels, that's why i shop bebe shoes.
I know this is supposed to be for factual opinions once the shoe has been tried and all BUT still she has a point...we need more pics Bebe..BTW i agree with the other lady too...Zahara's are by far the most comfy shoe Bebe has, but the sexy silhouette would def look hotter if they could make the heel higher!! It's too level for me. I need more height! BUt please give us more pix!! I want to see it all around.
Today I saw three colors, white, black and baby pink/peach in the store. Heels are the same color(Not wooden) and front is a two layer design, almost same high of heels and platforms of Zahara's (I checked and compared both in store). Nice price!! Beautiful!!
But...I have 6 different color of Zahara's and all of them are size 6, these are perfect fit for me. This Maxwell, I tried on both 6 and 7 (my actual size are 6.5). Size 6 was too tight (maybe due to the front layer design) but size 7 was little bit loose and walked around in the shop, slingbacks are constantly came off.
I wish they made half sizes. So, unfortunatelly I have to give up to buy them. Sad. If you have a problem about size of Zahara's, maybe this Maxwell solve the probrem.

These shoes are more comfortable than Zaharas, and seem to fit better. I like how the peep toe is a bit bigger than Zaharas, allowing more toes/pedicure exposure. I'm a 6.5 with wider feet so I sized up to a 7 and they fit perfectly. The back stayed put too.
BUT, I tried on a few different pairs of the size 7 in black, and some were looser in the back than others, and were tighter/looser in the toes. So if you're trying them on in store and it's too tight or loose, ask to try another pair in the same size. I like the black and the white but don't like the nude color since it's more of a salmon/pinkish color.
They make my legs look great!!! I love the style of the shoe. However, I agree with some of the other posts. Coming from Bebe, you would expect better quality.
I used to work at bebe and I have the Zaharas and I LOVE them. By far my favorite shoe as far as comfort goes! However, overtime my zaharas did losen a lot and now they just really don't fit. I am a size 8 in the Zaharas and an 8 1/2 everywhere else. I have never tried on maxwell so I am not sure how they fit and was wondering, for those who own these shoes, should I stick with an 8 or go up a size bc sometimes I am in half sizes?

This is a classic heel. It is about 3 inches tall (without including the platform), so walking is very doable. I wish Bebe had more shoes like this (not too high), but also in a closed-toe.
Can we get more pics on this one bebe? So far from the front of the ad campaign picture they look like a pair of Zahara's!
Can someone please explain the Zahara vs. Maxwell debate? I don't get it maybe because I don't own a pair of Zahara's. I think they look exactly the same except for the sole where the Zahara is better and the Maxwell looks like 3 different layers.
BAD!!!! I wore the shoes 4 times and the strap on the left foot broke!!!! It just popped while I was walking; for this price that should not happen.
However, the shoes were great until then and I was in love with them. After only 4 uses I am done.

found them to be uncomfortable after a few hours, they are cute but they just werent comfortable to me. I wish I could return but since I wore them once, I probebly cant return.
ok, so this shoe is made so much cheaper than the Zaharas!!! Why in the world would bebe change their best selling shoe?! I guess they thought this would be the new Zahara and make more profit off a CHEAP shoe. I think it looks awful compared to the Zaharas. Just holding them made me sick. Bring back the true Zahara please bebe!
I got the white on-line. As soon as opened the box I knew I was returning them. The 7's were way too small and hurt my toes without even walking in them. It was the same problem when I got the Bayard slingbacks. The Maxwell's also looked like cheap vinyl. I ran my fingernail lightly down the heel and they tore.
Bebe, if you're going to have your shoes mfg in China, do some quality control and bring back the Zaharas.
oh my gosh girls i got this shoes even after reading all the bad comments everything you guys said is true they are so freaking cheap i recieved them today n the where riped from the bottom n had randon scratches on them n they looked like the bottom part was about to fall of i would say this is a disposable shoe you can only where once. Soo i returned them right back n good thing my sister is pregnant n she is going to sell me her white zaharas whooo!
I am ashamed to say I bought a pair of these even after reading the reviews. I took them on a cruise and tried to walk around the ship in them but the slingback strap cut into my foot. They do not fit or look anything like Zaharas. Maxwells are a cheap looking distant relative, so Zahara fans don't waste your time. Bebe, Please bring back Zaharas!!
I love love love the Zaharas... I have them in every color and I needed a white pair of shoes and read that these were like the Zaharas so i was excited when they were less expensive. I can walk in my Zaharas for HOURS and I lasted 15 minutes in these shoes.... spend the extra and get some Zaharas
Bought one pair and had to take them off after only wearing them for about 1.5 hours (!) max ... that's how bad my feet were hurting!! Now to all of you who will say that I need to "break them in" ... I NEVER had that problem with the Zahara. I took them out of the box and wore them all day long. I am a Gen Ed instructor and on my feet 10 hours a day ... no problem in the Zahara =) I really hope that Bebe listens to the customers and brings back the Zahara ... I would definitely buy more pairs!
So I own several pairs of Zaharas in various colors, although for this summer I really wanted a white pair. Unfortunately I waited to long and they ended up being completely sold out. I was told these were the Zahara's "sister" shoe, so I bought a pair & took them home. Within 10 minutes of wearing them on the carpet my feet ached (unlike the Zaharas which I can literally wear for HOURS!), so I took them back. I also heard that these were made in China not Italy, although I don't know if that has any bearing on the quality. I do know that I didn't like them. Absolutely no comparison...Bebe please please PLEASE bring back the white Zaharas!!!!
