Ruffle Front Silk Blouse

Slightly sheer silk button down blouse is just a little bit naughty, and just a little bit nice. Delicate-looking rows of silk ruffles along the placket; tiny silk buttons close the front. Neck has ruffle edging at top. Elastic 3/4-length sleeves with puff shoulders. Long tunic length cinches at the waist with a silk tie belt.
