GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- bebe Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise at any bebe, BEBE SPORT or at bebe.com.
- To redeem online, enter the Gift Card number and the PIN (the four-digit number also located on your Gift Card) on the payment page during checkout.
- There is no shipping charge for purchasing a gift card. For that reason, for an order of products and a gift card, we do not use the cost of the gift card when calculating an order's shipping and handling charges.
- Gift Cards are sent via Standard shipping using USPS.
- At this time, we are unable to ship Gift Cards to Canada.
- If the balance available on your Gift Card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide credit card information during checkout.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- For balance information or to report a lost, stolen or damaged card, call 1.866.270.6415.
- You may also check your Gift Card balance at bebe.com
- Refunds for a bebe.com return will be applied back to the Gift Card used for original purchase. If you no longer have the original card, please contact us at 1-877-232-3777 for assistance.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Cards.
