"Had a damage when I received it. I really don’t like Bebe’s exchange policy. To get a replacement, I had to send pictures and pay for another dress. This shipment for the damaged dress was free, but they would allow another return with it and I had to pay for it. Love Bebés clothes, but it will be my last purchase due to their return polices. Now I have to wait until they receive the damages dress in order for me to get my refund. I tried resolving it with their customer service with no avail since the dress was over $129. Very frustrating."
