What's your return policy?
We hope you love your bebe.com but if you need to make a return, we’ve made it easy through our new returns portal powered by Loop.
You can initiate a return within 30 days of your order shipping. Refunds are available within 21 days of the shipping date. After 21 days and up to 30 days, you’ll receive a merchandise credit via eGift Card. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Final sale items cannot be returned.
We now offer Checkout+, a way to unlock free return shipping for eligible items by paying a small fee at the time of purchase.
- If you opt into Checkout+ during checkout, your return shipping is covered—no additional charge.
- If you decline Checkout+, you can still return items through Loop, but a $12 return fee will apply. For refunds or store credit, the fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
- Online purchases must be returned via the online return portal only.
- Final sale items, including all intimates, are not eligible for refund, store credit, exchange, or return.
- Items must meet our return criteria (outlined below) and be authorized prior to return.
- Items returned without authorization or not meeting return criteria may incur a restocking fee or be forfeited at bebe’s sole discretion.
- Only customers in the contiguous US can obtain a shipping label
- bebe cannot provide shipping labels for APO = Army Post Office & FPO - Fleet Post Office
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return contains Shoes and/or Handbags, you will be required create separate returns.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 10-14 business days from the date your package is received in our facility. You will not be notified when your package arrives to our facility, so we do recommend that you save your tracking number so that you can track your package. This will also help you time the processing of your refund. If you do not receive an email notification from us within 14 business days from the day your package arrived to our facility.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
- Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. Please try on all clothing with an undergarment.
- Remember to Keep the Tags on: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
- Some Items Cannot Be Returned: Unfortunately, any styles marked as final sale items cannot be returned, final sale styles include sale styles, intimates and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Sets, if a set is purchased, both pieces must be returned together.
- Shoes, if shoes are not returned with the exact same style box the customer will be charged a $15 dollar processing fee.
- A Refund If Returned Within 21 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund on ELIGIBLE* item(s) in your order within 21 days of the ship date. After 21 days, and within 30 days, you will receive a merchandise credit on an eGift Card.
- Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.
- Automated Return Center: Access your return center online, select the item(s) you would like to return, get a refund estimate, download your shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

All returns must be sent with prepaid postage; We do not accept C.O.D. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return and keeping your tracking number on hand until your return is fully processed. bebe is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back using their own method. Please make sure you include your packing slip and please note your order number on the outside of the package.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return items must be received by us within 60 days of the shipped date to be eligible for a refund. Once an order has been placed it can't be canceled or changed. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. Return labels provided by Global-E will cause a flat fee of $10 USD deducted from your return amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse. Please click the link below to initiate your return:
Important Refund Processing Update – Effective May 13, 2025
Due to changes with our former payment gateway, Wells Fargo, some Visa and Mastercard refunds for international orders placed before May 13, 2025, can no longer be returned to the original payment method. To avoid disruption, we’ve switched to Worldpay for all new orders. There is no impact to orders placed on or after May 13. Affected Currencies: CAD, AUD, EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, DKK, JPY.
New Refund Process:
• Global-e will issue refunds via PayPal. Customers will receive a secure PayPal link.
• No PayPal account? One can be created using your email or phone number.
