What's your return policy?
We hope you love your bebe.com purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of placing your order. Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. You'll have to wait until you receive your purchase and then return it. You have the option to either return your item(s) for a refund to be credited once we've received your returned package or exchange your item(s) with our Instant Refund feature that allows you to apply your refund amount to a new order right away. - Final Sale items, any styles listed as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All intimate apparel is considered final sale.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost. The return label cost will be deducted from the 'Refund Due' amount back to the customer.
- Only customers in the Continental US can obtain a shipping label
- Bebe cannot provide shipping labels for APO = Army Post Office & FPO - Fleet Post Office
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 10-14 business days.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
- Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.
- Some Items Cannot Be Returned: Unfortunately, any styles marked as final sale items cannot be returned, final sale styles include sale styles, intimates and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Shoes, if shoes are not returned with the exact same style box the customer will be charged a $15 dollar return fee.
- A Refund If Returned Within 30 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 30 days of purchase.
- Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.
- Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system. If you have any trouble using our automated system to access your free shipping label contact customer service for assistance.
- Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
- Automated Return Center: Access your return center online, select the item(s) you would like to return, get a refund estimate, download your shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Currently, we do not provide return labels for International and US territories (outside of the continental US)

All returns must be sent with prepaid postage; We do not accept C.O.D. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return and keeping your tracking number on hand until your return is fully processed. bebe is not responsible for lost shipments. Please make sure you include your packing slip and please note your order number on the outside of the package.
