"I love the dress! The fit is great and it's super sparkly 😍 I rated four stars because while I love the Bebe brand and I love this particular dress, Bebe has really been dropping the ball when it comes to maintaining quality products. If they are going to use cheaper materials then they should be honest and let us know and the price should reflect the lower grade materials. Again I am very happy with this particular dress but I have definitely been disappointed over the last few years since they have obviously started downgrading or cutting corners with their materials. Bebe, I really hope you take this opportunity to fix the problem."
