"I just received the garment from your company and the back seam of the jumpsuit is ripped and separated badly. I know it’s a “final” sale item, however, I am extremely disappointed that this item was sold, packaged by someone and then shipped out to me in this obviously damaged condition. I’ve never received an item like this from you before and I’ve been a customer for years! I expect more of you! I eagerly waited for days to receive my order and was completely devastated when I opened this severely damaged item🙁 What makes it even more frustrating is that I was counting on wearing the jumpsuit to an event! I’m fine with purchasing a final sale item but I think it’s reasonable to expect a wearable garment. I demand a refund."
