"I ordered my usual size and according to the size chart. It is very tight in the chest and doesn't hang quite right because of that. If you are smaller chested, this will work for you. I wish they would let me exchange it for a size up, but they would not (even though it was in stock), and i didnt realize it was a "final sale" item when i bought it. I wish Bebe had better customer service and would let you at least exchange an item for something that fits even though it was a final sale. This is why I never buy a final sale item. The top itself is very cute, but I can't wear it and wasted money..."
