How to measure waist – tape around narrowest part under the navel

Measure around the most narrow part of your body, under the navel.

How to measure hips – tape around the fullest part, about 8 inches below waist

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8” down from your waist.

How to measure length – tape from top of shoulder to hem

Measure from top of the shoulder seam, down to the hem.

How to measure chest – tape under the arms around the fullest part

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, placing the tape close up under the arms.
